Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare
financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing
Minimum Job Requirements
●Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
including General Accepted
●Strong analytical and accounting skills
●Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
and other Microsoft programs.
●Able to understand system causes and effects in the accounting area.
●Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a
deadline driven environment.
●Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours
necessary to get the job done,
especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal
●Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks

System. Provide monthly journal entries; insure proper recording of new
purchases and disposal.
●Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting
and accounting control
●Record wire transfers and bank charges, reconcile monthly bank statement.
●Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy a
●Resolve accounting discrepancies.
●Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Assist

schedules for bank and external auditors, including the preparation of

solution of findings
●Prepare monthly Sales Tax report and transfer payment to government
●Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statement, including
monthly revenue and
expenditure reports to departments.
●Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as
well as those related
to specific accounts.
●Assist Account Payable in coding invoices, not related to inventory.
●Assist with special projects assigned by management.
●Monthly Inventory reconciliation, investigate major difference, Monthly
productivity report for
manufacturing and service dept and monthly revenue reports by location.
●Maintain and reconcile the Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly/quarterly
