IMMEDIATE JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR A PHARMACY TECHNICIAN!!
LOCATION: Raleigh, NC Pharmacy
CONTRACT LENGTH: 1 month.
Please note that this is not a retail pharmacy, we do mostly shipping, but if they have any experience with either Walgreens or CVS or any Pharmacy Call Center that would be fine.
Qualified candidates must be Pharmacy Tech registered/licensed in the state of NC.
Process prescription orders, communicate with a prescriber and patients, and dispense prescription orders as appropriate.
Assist and support patient education pharmacists, including the development of different types of materials as appropriate.
Respond to patients’ questions or concerns as far as not clinical in nature for the patient.
Respond to associates’ inquiries or requests regarding patient orders/prescriptions.
Ensure that patients are processed using good dispencing practices and that orders are shipped to patients in a timely manner.
Ensure all required pharmacy documentation & data entry is completed timely, and in accordance with regulatory agency guidelines.
Ensure compliance with continuing education and/or other licensure requirements, in order to maintain active licensure status.
